Mr. Darwin R. Vinson, Founder and CEO, of Keilicent Technologies, LLC has over 20 years of business, operational and leadership experience in the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and Department of Justice arenas. He has a highly successful track record of organizational transformation in DoD and federal government spaces.

 

Mr. Vinson is a U.S Air Force Veteran, who after completing 8 years as a Systems Communications Specialist at various installations around the world, began his contracting career at the National Security Agency, Ft. Meade, Maryland. Mr. Vinson continues to support the DoD and IC as a contractor performing Program/Project Management, System Engineering, IT Service Operations and Business Development functions.

 

Mr. Vinson has proven leadership and management experience and a rare combination of business operations and system engineering expertise. He has vast knowledge in the areas of Program Management, Cloud Computing, Server Administration and System Engineering. His overall experience spans programs from $5M to $260M in scale and scope. Mr. Vinson has significant experience in IT leading and developing cultures of operational excellence, meeting highly demanding performance requirements in some of the most volatile Government environments.​
